Special Contest and Give Away Application

*By SUBMITTING = I acknowledge the below statement 

The Executive Director will not authorize any give away’s during the three (3) main days of dancing August 14th, 15th, or 16th. However, if you wish to sponsor a contest special, the planning committee will schedule an appropriate day.

The Crow Fair Royalty has first priority to present their specials and give away. Crow Fair Elected Officers have 2nd priority, thereafter it will be the general public and members of the tribe. We appreciate your request and thank you for your planned participation.

The Executive Director or his event coordinators will contact you as soon as a time and date has been determined.
